The study aims to propose a prioritization model to enhance strategy implementation effectiveness in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
This study, centered on organizational dynamics, collaborated with medium-sized Mexican companies, involving 94 managers each with a decade of experience. While the results exhibit mathematical rigor, broadening the participant base could refine the approach.
The findings advocate for more targeted resource allocation and improved organizational relationships to bridge the divide between strategic planning and practical execution, benefiting both scholars and practitioners.
