The study developed a model focused on organizational integrity in small and medium-sized service enterprises (SMEs).
This study devised a model for organizational integrity in small and medium-sized service enterprises (SMEs). It employed a systemic approach, utilizing methodologies as follows: A) Soft systems methodology to conceptualize a model, B) Partial least squares path modeling to statistically validate constructs, and C) Viable system model to realign interactions within SMEs for fostering organizational integrity. Results indicate that proposed relationships may enhance organizational integrity. While findings are specific to the organizational realm and applicable to the Mexican context, the study opens avenues for discussing methods to enhance viability analysis in such organizations and suggests an analytical protocol to aid academics and managers in studying integrity.
