I love to help women, men and young adults that have been affected by varying circumstances in life.
Do you ask yourself if there's a purpose or a plan for your life? Do you lack energy, joy or self esteem? Are you experiencing relational breakdown in your marriage, family or with other people in your life? Is it difficult for you to move forward from loss or regret? Or has your overall health been neglected?

My goal is to help you re-imagine your life and discover key pieces of your story that reveal important next steps towards change. We will work together to identify the problems, triggers, issues and sticking points and discuss ways to help you work through them towards healing, freedom and purpose.

From personal experience processing trauma combined with a background in psychology, it led me to a profound passion to help people recover by finding freedom, joy, and purpose in their lives. With my professional training & coaching in marital restoration and story work through One Life Maps, and certifications in pain, trauma & abuse through the Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, I have the tools and understanding to help you process your unique story and work towards becoming a healthier version of yourself.
I also help people incorporate a healthier lifestyle that has the power to prevent, treat and reverse disease. I’m certified in Plant-Based Nutrition at eCornell through T. Colin Campbell Nutritional Studies and have had a wellness business for 20 years. If you are looking for simple ways to adjust your nutrition and eating habits, I have a customized approach that will help you make the changes you’re looking for.

After completing my Maps, I had an appreciation for Gods faithfulness in my life experiences and an excitement for what was still to come. I was really excited about the process of doing the work, but had no idea just how much it would impact me. Though only in my 40s, I have suffered a lot of loss, and working through how those events have made me who I am was powerful.
