The many stories of our lives are what forms who we are, what we think, what we do and why we do it. And sometimes we get stuck in a rut and don’t know the best way to get out. Many times the answers lie in processing the stories that led us there. This is where story work comes in.
Similar to reading a book about your life.
By unpacking your story, you will find chapters filled with beautiful memories, exciting adventures, fulfilling moments of joy, and devastating loss and tragedy. The chapters of your life need to be read, seen, re-visited and sometimes even restored.
