About Me
I treat my life as an experiment, I like changing things, trying new approaches, figuring out how things work. I travel a lot and explore different cultures. Lived and worked in Europe and Asia, in multicultural teams.
I came from IT background, have been working as a software engineer since 2010. I know how hyper-rational brains work and how to deal with it. If you're also from IT, we're likely to find a common language.

Changes are necessary for success, but it can be challenging to take a first step in a desired direction. We blame laziness or lack of time, but it can be resistance to face the unknown, the "what if I won't be able to pull it through" talk.
I specialize in transformational coaching by means of creating awareness and healthy relationship with yourself, building self-confidence and finding meanings in work and everyday goals. So we're not merely "pulling through" the changes, we're learning our limits, creating a healthy balance beetween what is and the changes that we want to implement, and we're fueled with positive motivation.
