Sound simple? Well, it is. But it’s very important. Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth when you are stressed, need a moment to think, or when you are wanting to deliver bad news to someone. Breath.
You would be surprised how this simple technique can make a world of difference. Just a moment of focus on your breathing can change your whole approach to a problem. That moment to let your brain think and to provide a little extra oxygen to your brain can make all the difference. Try it, you’ll see.
