About Me

Coaching should be focused on the client as an individual. That's why I start with understanding what a client really wants. What do you want to achieve or change. We determine what is important to you and what motivates you.

From there we develop a plan that identifies barriers to you success. We find a way to get past the barriers. Then we set goals and make a reason plan of achieving them. I help keep you all along the journey. I also help keep accountable for achieving your goals. Helping you find what motivates you early on helps keep you focused on your long term goals.

This personal approach is what's key to making your coaching experience successful.

With over 25 years of management, leadership, mentoring, and coaching experience, I have learned to help people achieve what they want in life.

There are many coaches out there. I know I will put the work in to help you achieve what you want. In other words, I am not afraid of having to do work to help you be successful.

My ideal client is motivated to change and willing to take the steps needed to get what they want. People that are willing to work hard to get what they want in life.
