Hitting rock bottom is something that is looked at with fear, anxiety, and honestly not as something anyone would like to go through, but, this could be one of the most liberating experiences in a person’s life. ‘HOW?’ I’m glad you’re asking………… It’s because here, you are willing to do anything to heal, to do anything to transform your life. You become fully surrendered, you have let go of all resistance and you’re open to guidance from within: wherein all wisdom lies.
You are willing to face your shadow in an open, hopeful, and objective way. It is from this place you shift your perspective that the only way forward is an upward trajectory. You absolutely don’t give any room for descent, regression, or deterioration. You are no longer a victim of your circumstances, you take back the wheel, taking back control and stepping into your power.
Many are times we notice that someone we care about is struggling in a certain area of their life, or you could be working with someone as their therapist, life coach, or healer in any capacity. Do not come between a person’s desire to hit rock bottom, because the person might have chosen to journey to the bottom to find their own truth before they are ready to release their old ways. This is up to them, it is their choice how they go about their hero’s journey. Release your personal desire to change or cure them, for each and every single person is their own hero. It is their choice how they go about their hero’s journey. When they travel their own path, then they truly own their experience, their truth, and their solution. It brings this particular truth into being.’ The lessons from adversity are the lessons that stick.’ This kind of path is usually one of deep satisfaction and transformation. No one can take this profound experience away from you. This is the beauty of rock bottom.
