Our emotions are not just mental states; they also manifest physically in our bodies. Practicing mindfulness allows us to recognize this connection. Next time you experience strong emotions, take a moment to scan your body and notice where you feel them. Energy permeates everything, including our thoughts and emotions. Negative emotions often feel heavy and linger because of their dense energy.
If these negative emotions are not addressed and persist, they can become chronic, affecting the organs near where they manifest. This can potentially lead to health issues in those areas. By being aware of our inner world and addressing the root causes of negative emotions, we can significantly enhance our quality of life.
