Nicole helped me understand how to prioritize what is important to me to accomplish in my work as a Senior Sales Representative. We began my sessions by identifying my goals of understanding how to progress in my career, how to better manage stress, and have more control over my work-life balance. By asking the right questions she helped me uncover my own answers. This allowed me to realize action steps such as asking for more assignments at work specific to my work goals, communicating clearly about what I needed in terms of support and resources, and also not feeling guilty about time off work so as to create a healthy balance in work/life. At the conclusion of our coaching sessions, I felt a new sense of confidence with my action plan, a healthy outlook toward future endeavors, and a new appreciation for coaching! I look forward to continuing growth in my career.
