Over the course of a few months, Mark has been instrumental in helping me progress from leaving a 12 year career in the design field to starting my own business in styling. Through Mark’s guidance, I was able to gain access to knowing what I didn’t know. I was afraid to make choices because if I don’t choose, I can’t make a mistake. And if I don’t try, I can’t fail – but I won’t succeed, either. I also struggled with over-extending myself to ensure that those around me are happy. Having an experienced coach like Mark provided me with an objective view to find the delicate, yet necessary balance between giving and receiving. Mark has given me the skills to accomplish tasks, prioritize my values, and understand my saboteurs in order to gain confidence to make a bold and powerful change in my new career. As a result, I am making and achieving goals that I didn’t believe I was capable of. If I don’t take risks, I will not grow and be fulfilled. And if I don’t take that first step, then I will never uncover that path that lies ahead. I am truly grateful to Mark for helping me discover ME!

I was raised to believe that there was only a one-track path when it comes to your career. You go to college, graduate with a degree, find a job related to your major… and then continue working in your field until retirement. So I was going through a difficult crossroad and emotional struggle when I lost passion for the path I had selected for myself. I was afraid to change my track and angry for not knowing myself better in the beginning. Working with Mark simply enlightening. Not only did Mark’s coaching give me reassurance that most all successful people changed career tracks at some point, but it also helped me create a solid game plan for transitioning into my new career. Mark’s coaching approach is unique — empowering me to discover the answers and solutions I could create within myself. I now feel more aware, empowered and enlightened than ever before. I was introduced to Mark several years ago and from the moment we met I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Mark believes in being there for his clients when they need him and his passion for what he does is evident in every call, meeting and email. Mark’s concern goes beyond the “business” at hand. Mark recognizes that there is always more than meets the eye. I’ve known Mark for years and have found myself coming back to him for guidance and inspiration more times than I can count. He has the patience to listen, the wisdom to assess, and the strength to see you through exactly what needs to be done. Often times we find ways of letting ourselves off the hook out of fear and insecurities, it’s times like these when I seek out Mark, because I know he will pull me out of the pool of excuses and give me the push I need to go out and achieve success. It’s easy to feel like you’re flying blind when you strike out on your own as an entrepreneur, or any time you simply step out of your comfort zone. Working with Mark, you get a co-pilot, a navigator by your side. When I’d get lost in the clouds, Mark would gently guide me back to blue skies and he has been a steady source of balance and support when I encounter stormy weather.
