About Me

Prior to my decision to become a life coach, I obtained a Master's Degree in Counseling from Fordham University. I obtained my Life Coach Certification through The Life Coach Institute of Orange County, a member of the ACTO. I have worked for several well known nonprofit organizations as a social worker, where I had the opportunity to provide individual and family counseling services. In addition, I have experience working with recovering addicts.

I've taken a great deal of pride and pleasure in providing services to individuals in crisis as well as individuals experiencing life changing events from all different age groups and life stages.

As a Life Coach, my role is to help you to set goals in your personal life, teach you how to prioritize and manage your time adequately, and ultimately, help you to create a plan of action to achieve these goals.

As your coach, I will work as your number one fan and supporter as you work towards achieving your goals and to guide you to overcome any challenges throughout this process. I will assess your level of progress and determine any potential barriers. The purpose is to determine whether or not you will require any additional assistance from external sources as I will work diligently to ensure that all of your needs are met and that you receive as much support possible. I will also monitor and assess your progress with outside partners to make sure we are all on the same page with the same goal of ensuring your success.

I will approach our work in a collaborative manner. You will be doing as much work as I am and together, we will peel away through all of the layers of your life that are creating challenges in order to get to the core issues and resolve them. In addition, as we progress through different stages and our relationship begins to flourish, I will assess your primary needs and those of my other clients. I will work to match clients up for different groups.
