During the pandemic, I sometimes felt I was losing control of my team. Thanks to Liliana´s leadership and team coaching program, we were able to really start being productive; she helped us to start communicating better as a team and with other teams in the company and to reduce conflicts. I also noticed all my team started to become more involved in decision making and problem solving, which freed my time for more strategical issues. She also helped us all rediscover why we were proud of what we do in the company, so everybody is now feeling more motivated; I can even say we are all happier and the team spirit has soared.
