As a Certified Professional Coach I have a professional and corporate background with experience in all areas of real estate sales and brokerage operation.

Over the past 10 years, I founded and grew the largest independent brokerage in Portugal to over 4 million gross commission income annually. Have successfully won the international property awards for best agency in Portugal and Europe for 9 consecutive years and have recruited and managed a team of over 60 to further expand on the brokerages success.

Now as certified professional coach and mom to 2, I have made it my mission to help others coming into real estate to have the success I know they truly deserve.
