I had the pleasure of working with Jason over the past few months. Jason possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various aspects of business strategy, leadership, and personal development. I'm not feeling overwhelmed. Clients are good and happy and so is the team. I'm having fewer meetings and less asked of me. Everyone is getting what they're supposed to do done. What sets Jason apart is his personalized approach. He took the time to truly understand my business goals, challenges, and aspirations. Not only is Jason highly skilled in his field, but he is also an excellent communicator and motivator. As a business owner, there are many ups and downs and it's nice to have someone like Jason who can relate. I worked with Jason for 3 months to further develop my business. He helped me with a number of things that I think I will continue to benefit from beyond our time together. Specifically he helped me to stay accountable to myself, re-conceptualize how to talk about what I do with others to get them personally interested, and helped me to see that every drop in the bucket of honing my networking skills matters. After spending my career in the nonprofit world, in 2021 I stepped out on my own in the for-profit world. I had a brilliant business idea and launched away! I joined my local Chamber of Commerce and started working a plan, but I still had so many questions about my offerings, my pricing, how to best spend my work time, and I felt scattered about what to do next. I met Jason Rosado through my chamber connection. It was great to find this incredible business coach! So, I was happy to talk to an expert. I kept the notes from when Jason and I first spoke about what an experienced business coach could do for me. Jason told me about five areas that his coaching would help me. 1. Clarification of my vision and direction 2. Strategizing my actions to reach my goals 3. Upgrading critical skills 4. Developing leadership skills 5. Being productive and focused with time management skills And thats exactly what he did! After a couple years in business, I found myself busy but very overwhelmed, working really long hours, doubting myself and my business strategies, and very stressed out. Working with Jason was truly life changing, not only professionally but also on a personal level, and Im very grateful for coaching with him. The pandemic has forced me to completely changed my business model and processes, and thanks to what I have learned with Jason, I was able to go through this transition in a stress-free, smooth manner. I know Jason in two capacities as the President of my BNI chapter and also as my own personal business coach. In both roles Ive found his leadership and mentoring skills of myself and others to be exceptional. Jason as inspirational leader: As a member of several networking groups, I know the success of the group and its members is set by the individuals at the top. Although our group is relatively new, it has already resulted in remarkable success for most of our members including myself. I've known Jason as a leader, motivator and expert coach and service provider in our referral group, where he's the president and co-founder. I also know several of Jason's clients, and they all rave about him and the work he does to help them with their businesses and personal lives, and I've been happy recommending him to my customers, friends and family multiple times. It's clear when you meet Jason that he's very interested in learning all he can about you and your goals, both personal and business so he can, along with you, put together a plan that makes sense and makes money. And, at the same time reach your personal goals which typically overlap your business goals. He's not an "in your face" kind of guy and very easy and straightforward to work with. I decided to work with Jason when I realized that I was really motivated to improve my business and was actively looking for ways to fast-track my efforts by hiring a coach. I chose Jason because I knew him from networking events, heard him speak at my college, and knew of his successes with other clients. Before working with Jason, I would describe my situation as stuck and was in a place where we needed to grow. I was trying a lot of different things, and when they didn’t work, I would become discouraged, try something else, and if that didn't work, get discouraged and start the cycle again. Jason helped fix this. Working with Jason, a lot more structure came into my business. I started focusing on the more meaningful work and business activities, and have since doubled my patient load and tripled my revenue. The long-term effects of this were to give me a skill set that helps me work through any difficulties that may arise. I'm certainly enjoying running my business much more, and things have become much more clear. I can take what Jason taught me and apply them to pretty much any goal I set for myself.
