Before transitioning to coaching, I spent over 20 years in leadership roles, focusing on Commercial, Outsourcing & Consulting for Europe, and Human Resources strategy. As an HR Executive for organizations with over 4,000 employees and annual revenues exceeding €1 billion, I managed budgets exceeding €80 million.
In my tenure as a Senior Leader at a leading consulting firm, I oversaw the European region, leading over 400 professionals across 10 countries. I successfully drove transformational initiatives in complex, high-pressure environments, blending strategic vision with hands-on solutions.
