What determines well-being?

Unless you take responsibility for it, you will not have well-being!
What determines well-being?
50% biology/ genetics
40% individual mindset/behavior
10% external factors

50% is genetics, and so far, there is nothing that we can do about it, BUT of the remaining 50%:
○ 80% is individual mindsets and behaviors
○ 20% is external factors like stress at home and work
This is a reminder about the fact that unless you take responsibility for it, you will not have well-being. I can confess that part of my coaching session topics is well-being, so I learned a lot about it from trusted and scientifically proven sources.
This is why if you want to have a fulfilled life and enjoy what you already have, there are ways that you can achieve it.
You need to focus on developing well-being habits like Positive Psychological Interventions (PPIs). Here are a few examples that studies are proving to bring results:
