About Me
The first thing a business owner/person needs to do is FIND THEIR WHY. And it can't be "to make a ton of money". It needs to be much more than that. The WHY needs to fuel your soul. It needs to get you up in the morning even after you’ve had a miserable week and want to give up. The WHY gives you a purpose to create a culture that will get you and your employees through the hard times of running/working a small business or stuck in a life cycle you can't get out of.
The "WHY" for me, is to support and promote entrepreneurship so people can live their best lives. Because that is what I am doing. I believe everyone owns their business on paper, but there is so much more. Do you understand where your money is going and why? Are you getting the most output out of your employees? How are you measuring the activity of the business? Are you doing things the same way because that is how you have always done them? Are you able to even look at your personal bank account? Are you living in REALITY or lying to yourself so you can sleep better at night?
As a coach, my objective is to work you through the early stages of your business to get you to your “PRIME” with an exit strategy.
I do that by helping you develop your Business Playbook. If you know how to read your financials, train your staff, budget properly, optimize your process/operations, feed your sales pipeline and develop a culture of accountability, standards and results... NOBODY can take it from you.
Learn from someone who has built a small business from $0 to tens of millions (and sold to a large media company), has coached his spouse to become more fiscally responsible (how many people actually listen when their spouse is trying to tell them something?), has made the mistakes and wants to coach business owners and people on how to get there faster and with a lot less pain.
