I will provide encouragement, feedback, and accountability along the way.
I have hired, trained, and managed hundreds of people and dozens of managers. Later in life, I became an ordained minister. In either environment, my main role has been helping people discover who they were meant to be and how to get there. In a coaching relationship I am willing to incorporate my faith if you desire.
