About Me
In addition to nearing completion of an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program with MentorCoach, LLC (Health and Wellness Coach Program, Fall, 2020 and Life Coach Program, Spring, 2020, I have life experiences including having what could have been a catastrophic life challenge when I woke up totally blind one morning. Those experiences give insights beyond coursework. The certification programs enhance my experiences which makes for a dynamic co-active coaching experience.
I coach valiant women (and a few courageous men) who are on a heroic quest to reclaim their lives on their healing journey. .

Prior to working with Anita, I was living a sedentary life and had a defeated state of mind specifically where my health was concerned. My blood pressure was 190/130 requiring me to be put on medication to lower it and I was over weight and needed to lose 10-15 lbs before my next doctor's appointment. After working with Anita for 8 weeks, my blood pressure is now normal, I have lost 18 lbs and I am able to wear one of my favorite skirts which I haven't been able to get in in 2 years. Anita supported me in identifying what was holding me back from getting my health in check and helped me to prioritize my days.
