Getting Unstuck and Being Productive

How to get unstuck and back to being productive in your day.
Some days are better than others. On the bad days you may not feel like doing anything. You may feel like you are stuck in a bubble, not able to break free. You feel even worse because you know that you should be productive and you keep feeling lower and lower. If you do one thing, that will make you feel better, it most likely will lead to you doing another thing, and before you know it, you are being productive.
Sometimes people who feel down may not know why they are in that place. Doing that “one thing” will motivate you. At the end of the day, you will look back over it and wonder why you had such a bad start. Sometimes your energy is not right. A brisk walk to get your blood flowing may be just what you need.
Make an upbeat playlist to brighten your mood. It would be great if you would add some dance steps to the music and burn a few calories and get the flexibility in your body on the move.
Clean and unclutter a small cluttered space. Add a little essential oil to the place to invigorate the energy. Sometimes energy gets stuck and you can feel it without knowing that it is there.
If you are feeling down, by the time you go for a brisk walk, dance to your playlist, and unclutter a small surface, you will be well on your way to productivity.
