What is Noomii’s 100% Money Back Guarantee?
Noomii is so confident that our service will produce a positive Return On Investment (ROI) that we will pay you back 100% of a one-year subscription if it doesn’t at least pay for itself. For most coaches, Noomii pays for itself with just one client per year (but most coaches get substantially more than that).
How does it work?
Sign up for a one year subscription on Noomii. If, in that time, you don’t at least make your money back, let us know within one month after the year and we will refund 100% of your money.
What are the eligibility requirements?
In order to qualify for the refund, we require that you complete these steps:

Record an audio interview with a Noomii representative within the first two months of upgrading (this audio recording is not to be confused with the call you may schedule with a Noomii representative to join the Referral Program).

Complete an online survey after the sixth month from the start of your one year of service, and before the end of the seventh month of service. The survey will contain questions about how many clients have hired you through the Noomii service and how much revenue you have received from them. You will be notified via email at the end of the sixth month with a link to complete the survey.
We require the interview because we prominently display it on your profile. Over the years, we have discovered that coaches who have the "Interviewed by Noomii" badge on their profile get more clicks from prospective clients.
We require the six month survey because it helps us know where we stand half way through your yearly subscription. If after six months, we discover that you have not gotten any client leads, we can proactively work with you to resolve any issues. If you don't fill out the survey, we can't help you.
BTW: In addition to sending you an email inviting you to fill out the six-month survey, we will display a prominent notification on the dashboard when you sign in to your Noomii account.

Why do you require a one year enrollment? Can’t I get my money back after 1 or 2 months?
We have found over the years that most coaches get several clients over the course of a year on Noomii. But sometimes it takes one or two months to learn to use the system effectively (perfecting your profile, writing effective messages to client leads, etc). So we want to encourage coaches to try Noomii for at least a year, while removing the financial risk. If Noomii doesn’t pay for itself, we’ll give you your money back.
How much does it cost?
You get an entire year of service for only $447.
How long do I have to claim my refund?
You have until one month after the end of your first year to claim your refund.
How long does the guarantee apply?
The guarantee applies to one year of membership only. If you purchase or renew further membership(s) beyond that, the guarantee will no longer apply. Furthermore, there is a lifetime maximum of one refund per member: if you have been issued a refund, you will not be eligible for any additional refunds if you purchase additional membership(s).
Who decides if I got my money’s worth? Will you argue with me if I request a refund at the end of one year?
We use the honour system. If you tell us that Noomii didn’t pay for itself, we will take your word for it and give you your money back.
So, what’s the catch? I’ve never heard of any marketing or advertising company that pays back 100% of my money if it doesn’t pay for itself.
As long as you do your part, there is no catch.
As we explained above, we require you to record an audio interview and fill out a six-month survey. These requirements give us the opportunity to help you get clients. If you do your part and we don't do ours, we don’t feel we should keep your money. It's that simple.
I spent $500 on Google Adwords last year and didn’t get any clients. Will Google give me my money back?
