The Noomii Coaching Circle is a system that allows you to get coaching from a Noomii member coach in exchange for coaching a different member coach. This allows you to receive the benefits of coaching at no cost other than your time.

The coaching circle is included in the price of your Annual paid membership. If you are on the free plan you will need to sign up for a paid plan with Noomii in order to join the circle.

No. Joining the coaching circle is completely optional.

To enroll, first log in to your Noomii account and go to the coaching circle page. Then click the button that says "Join the Noomii Coaching Circle". You will then be asked to accept the terms and conditions of the program. Once you accept, you will be enrolled.

You will be matched with both a coach and a client. Note that these will normally be different people. Once you are matched, you will be required to coach for one session per week AND you will be required to perform coaching for one session per week. Sessions are expected to be at least 45 minutes in length.

When you enroll in the program, you will be asked to describe the kind of coach and client you would prefer to work with. Noomii will then endeavor to match you with the best fitting coach and client from the available members. Once you are matched, you will be given each other's contact details. At that time you will be responsible for contacting your match to schedule your appointments.

We try our best to match you with a coach and/or client within 1 to 5 business days in most cases.

When a coach and client are matched through the circle, both will be notified via email. It is then up to the two of you to arrange a time to speak and arrange your coaching. If, after speaking together, you decide that it is not a good match, click "End our coaching engagement" on the Coaching Circle page and we will find each of you another match.

It is up to each coach/client pair to determine how long to coach for. However we recommend that you commit to coaching for about 3 months and then click "End our coaching engagement" on the Coaching Circle page to prompt Noomii to find you another partner. However you may mutually decide to coach for a longer or shorter duration if you both prefer.

One of the major benefits of joining the coaching circle is that it gives you the opportunity to experience coaching from a wide variety of different coaches at very little cost. This gives you the chance to learn from the many different coaching perspectives that our members posses. 3 months is long enough to get a good coaching experience, but not so long that your coaching becomes "stale". For these reasons we recommend getting a new coach and client about every 3 months.

By joining the coaching circle, you are committing to coach your coaching circle client once per week, for a minimum of 45 minutes per session. Likewise, your coaching circle coach is committing to coach you once per week for a minimum of 45 minutes. Therefore every Noomii member who joins the coaching circle will be engaging in 2 coaching sessions per week (once as a coach and once as a client).

No. Noomii will almost always select different people for your coach and client, as this will make your coaching more effective and free from any conflict of interest. However if your coaching engagement ends, we may match you with a new coach who used to be your client (or vice-versa), but we will ensure that you never have the same person as your coach and client at the same time.

To do this, log in to your account and go to the Coaching Circle Page. Then click "End our coaching engagement" for either your coaching circle coach or your coaching circle client. Note that Noomii will then endeavor to match you with a new coach or client, normally within 1 to 5 business days.

Yes. In order to qualify, the ICF requires that you receive payment for your coaching hours. Because you are receiving coaching as payment, the hours you coach in the coaching circle count toward your ICF credential.

No problem. You can easily pause your enrolment in the coaching circle. To make sure that everyone in the circle is giving and receiving the same amount of coaching, your coach and client will be removed once you pause your enrolment. Whenever you want to join back into the coaching circle, you may "unpause" your membership and connect with the coaches and clients who are available at that time.
