Is your goal really about work, or is it about security? Do you really want a promotion or do you want respect? Is it solely about feeding your family today or is it about wanting them to have more for their future than what you had?
Only you can change your life (we all know this). But we can’t all do it alone. Not everyone can self motivate. Not everyone can self sustain the commitment required to make a serious life change. Not everyone who deserves to succeed can start over at the bottom to build the life they now dream about. Some of us need others. Some of us need encouragement. Some of us need a point in the right direction. Some of us need the guidance of a friend or a coach who has been there, seen the difficulties, can point out both the pitfalls and the path to the top. Some of us just need a little help!
