About Me

As a younger man, I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up, so I took jobs that would pay the bills. I was smart, honest and hardworking, but as the years passed, I found that you can only go so far without a specific direction, some encouragement, some good luck and some education. For most of my life I learned on the job and gained transferable skills that led me from one job to another. Many were sales jobs that lead to internet sales, and eventually to me becoming a partner in an executive recruiting firm (RRRecruiters.com). Here I learned what employers are looking for (not just what they list on the job boards) but what they really want in an outstanding candidate. The candidates I referred had to be sharper, better spoken, better dressed and more prepared than the ones the client could find on their own. So I got pretty good at both spotting a talented candidate and in coaching that candidate to interview so well that they blew away the competition. I have worked with students, nurses, healthcare workers, managers, professionals and executives to groom and coach them for successful new careers. This is what I will now do for you!
I earned Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications, with a minor in psychology from the University Of Texas. I love working with people, especially ones that are looking to elevate their skills and learn new techniques to push themselves up the employment ladder. I will coach you in how to stand out from other job applicants, bring your talents and personality to the interview, and how to be the candidate that employers are dreaming will walk through the door.

On interview day, very few of us get to use the skills we have at preforming our jobs. We don't Nurse or file or cook or administrate or manage people or market... On interview day we need interview skills and interpersonal skills and the confidence that comes from practice questions and being prepared to interview. This is where I can help!
