Practice Gratitude in any situation

Gratitude takes on a whole new meaning when it is applied to difficult situations or people.
Gratitude is not just about the things that go well, but it is also about those unpleasant moments in life, that lead you to your next best steps.
Gratitude takes on a whole new meaning when you deal with the toxicity of any kind, whether it be a person, event, or situation you might find yourself in.
The key to gratitude in difficult situations is the following:
Being grateful for what has happened. All things are temporary, if you choose for them to be so.
Noticing the good in your life
Remembering who you are and what you stand for
Stepping away from the types of interactions you don’t want towards those you desire.
Creating possibilities and taking steps to follow your dreams and manifest what you want.
When your life seems very dark, know this.
The sun must come out one day. Let that day be today.
