Your Life In Focus gives purpose

Think of the value of having “purpose” or knowing your purpose. For me I am living out and fulfilling my purpose with every keystroke:
1. Your Life in Focus has clarity of Purpose. My life in focus gives me purpose. My purpose in writing this blog is to communicate to my readers the value of living ones life in focus. Living your life in focus is more than focusing on the moment or a thing or object. Living your life in focus is living a life that has clarity of purpose. With clarity of purpose there is clarity of function. The question “what is it that I am suppose to do”? Is made clear. For me it is to write, and communicate with individuals and groups in order share the value of living ones life in focus. I love and have a passion in meeting with people, groups and organizations who are willing and eager to learn and grow themselves as individuals and organizations.
2. Your Life in Focus has direction, a destination and destiny. Who doesn’t need direction in life? We all have a destination and ultimately a destiny. The reality is is that most people don’t think about these issues on an regular basis or in a real time meaningful way. Characteristic of living your life in focus is learning and growing your thinking or cognitive style so that you can know and have a sense of direction, destination and destiny. These ideas are inextricably tied to ones sense of purpose and function. Fulfilling ones purpose in part of a daily process-it happens everyday. Each day we are making choices about who we are and who we are becoming. This is all happening on this day to day journey we call living.
3. Your Life in Focus is determine by the choices you make. The choices you make are embedded in that which is your focus. Your choices reflect your beliefs about yourself and the things you focus on. That is why as a part of an initial exercise I do with people to help them evaluate how much positive Focus is in their life, is to have them share the first three words that come to mind when they think of the word Focus. Common responses are, concentration, determination and clarity. The next question I will venture is are these three ideas/conceptions a part of your daily life? If they are, then to what degree? And when they are working optimally in your life, what is life like–what kind of outcomes do you experience? These questions used together with my focus model worksheets begins a dynamic process and journey of self-discovery.
