About Me

I am a professional Life and Christian Coach, and director/founder of Your Life in Focus Coaching program. My program seeks to fully engage my clients in their movement toward identified life, spiritual, professional and relationship goals.

As a licensed therapist with over 35 years of experience, a personal fitness trainer and life coach I have integrated these disiplines in order to design a unique Life Coaching program that I call Your Life in Focus. This is truly a unique program that is dedicated to your life transformation process. And I am passionate and eager to assist you in your transformation. I am married 41 years so I know something about relationships--what makes them work and what makes them last. I was in business--self-employed enterprenuer as a therapist for 21 years. During my 21 years in private practice I had to navigate my business through upheavals in the insurance industry including managed care and the Great Recession in 2008. My business not only survived by thrived during this most challenges years. In this case I have learned flexibility and creativity in business growth and sustainability.
I am a collaborative, solution-focused Life Coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to you. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving.
