Today we’re continuing to discuss the importance of self-love and how it can be achieved with the help of positive affirmations.
Positive affirmations are statements that can help you challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts, and are often used to manifest goals, dreams, or experiences we desire.These statements are extremely beneficial to the soul, only take a few minutes to complete, and are so simple to do! Also, there is no limit to the amount of times that positive affirmations can be said in a day. The easiest way to complete these affirmations is to look into a mirror, take a deep breath, and speak positive thoughts in the present tense with confidence.
I am growing and learning every single day.
I am talented and I will work hard and smart to get what I want.
I am strong enough to handle anything that life throws at me.
I am just who I was meant to be at this point in my life- no more, no less.
I am worthy of being loved, cherished and celebrated.
