1. Take Breaths
Effective breathing can not only provide you with a greater sense of mental clarity, but it can also help you sleep better, digest food more efficiently, improve your body’s immune system, and reduce stress levels.
2. Try Yoga
Yoga develops a sense of inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body’s abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and overall strength of mind and body.
3. Go Outside into Nature
You can significantly improve your mental health by simply going outside to soak up the sun. Vitamin D provides multiple benefits such as reducing depression & stress levels.
