About Me
Yaprak Sapanli Gorur is an ICF PCC and NLP Coach. She has over 20 years of HR experience and has worked as an executive at Fortune 100 - 3M Company. For the last ten years worked with 150+ executives of more than 15 diverse nationalities, providing consultancy, and coaching to multiple business groups, in-country, region, area, and globally. She worked with various business groups and clients in different geographies and led global teams. In her last role at 3M Company, she led the HR Function of $12B, the company's largest business, Safety & Industrial Business Group, with 20,000 employees globally. Before that, together with her global team and working with many internal and external strategic partners, she re-launched the company's top executive development journey and all leadership development programs while providing a consistent approach globally, reaching out to thousands of global talents. Together with her team, she also created a 'coaching culture', establishing the internal coaching organization of more than ten internal ICF-certified coaches in different geographies and regions, including Canada and the US. Before relocating to the US, she led the HR Function for Central East Europe, consisting of 28 countries. Besides, she served on the Board of Directors for Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity in '17-'18. Yaprak is a coach and consultant specializing in executive and leadership development, coaching, transition, and onboarding, building high-performing diverse teams. She has served clients globally at all levels and geographies at 3M over the past 20 years. She has an excellent understanding of multicultural diversity. Yaprak focuses on understanding the client, providing long-term strategic partnerships, and offering tailor-made solutions. She has corporate-specific knowledge in health care, consumer, safety, and industrial. Her coaching and consultant skills translate to executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs.

I started the coaching session very skeptical. However, every session created miracles, made me more organized, planned and prepared for the next action around my objective. I set a goal to achieve within a year, but achieved it in just three months, and it was not an easy one. Meanwhile, on top I become more self-aware about myself, my thinking process, and my strengths. This thinking method is like a muscle and I plan to apply it rest of my life. Thank you, Yaprak.
