About Me

Virna is an Executive Meta-Coach and VP for Business Development for Breakthrough Coaching and Consulting, Inc. She is a member of the Leadership Team for Meta-Coach Foundation-Philippines. She is Credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified Neuro-Semantic Trainer of the International Society of Neuro-Semantics. Virna is also a member of the ICF-Philippines' Professional Development Committee.

She also works as a global mental health coach for Modern Health, USA.

Her corporate experience in Human Resource, Customer Service, Marketing, and as a member of the Executive Office in a Telecommunications Company and in a Pharmaceutical Company has honed her people management skills.

Equipped with her understanding of the challenges that employees go through on the frontlines and as an executive, Virna is able to effectively facilitate her clients to overcome personal and professional barriers to performance through Executive Coaching since 2015. She serves as a Coach and Benchmarker for various companies and organizations in the Philippines.

Apart from coaching business owners, managers, and individuals, she has set her heart on facilitating breakthroughs of persons with disabilities as her personal advocacy. She designed the coaching program for Persons with Disability (PWD) under Leonard Cheshire Disability Foundation – Philippines.
