From the outside it looked like I had it all together: a mom of 3 kids, an entrepreneur running 2 companies and a housekeeper. But on the inside I was burning out and felt disconnected from my body, guilt and shame for working while my kids were so little, and fluctuating between anxiety and depression. My personal story is all about how being a mom of 3 kids and serial entrepreneur I became a vibrant woman living my dreams!
