Coaching is a forward-focused, goal-driven approach to personal change. I coach the whole person, in a confidential setting, free of judgement. I give you tough love when you need it and am your sounding board to spark the breakthrough to what's holding you back. 


My work experiences include 10+ years of an international business executive, general manager of construction company and fundraising manager in the deep tech companies. My coaching credential is issued by the International Coaching Federation. Most recently, I’m involved in delivering a leadership programme for the worldwide edtech project. I coach in Russian and English.
