About Me

My areas of specialism are couple psychotherapy and Business Coaching.

I am well conversant in providing coaching on Business Plan drafting, contracts and bidding for tenders. My aim is to guide you to build up on your confidence/self esteem resulting in enhancement of self empowerment.

I am flexible in my approach which is holistic and person centred and guided within the framework of both Psychological and Sociological theory as well as the relevant law, for example, Cognitive behavioural theory (CBT), Family systems theory and any other relevant theory.

Your situation is specific to you and I aim to work with you in a confidential, non judgemental way. I have over ten years experience of relationships coaching and Business Coaching - on which I have successfully assisted clients on a National and Global level.

Furthermore, as a self published author, I am competent in providing guidance and assistance in writing and publishing books on platforms such as Lulu and Amazon. For example, my recent publication on Constitutional law is on Amazon Kindle, the other one entitled Business Success is on Lulu platform. I have also published articles and books on challenges associated with relationships, parenting and for parents who have children living with a disability.
