About Me

I recognize the challenges people leading nonprofits face.

I spent 25 years as a nonprofit professional, who raised money (through events, direct mail, giving days, individual asks, grants and corporate sponsorship); identified, recruited and managed boards; and dealt with the overwhelm of so much to do and so little time to do it.

I have helped nonprofit leaders and their organizations:

1. Every person and organization is unique, with different knowledge, experiences and perspectives. I help them understand what is real for them and how they can most effectively leverage it.
2. Stop judging and start learning - too often leaders judge themselves, theirs and others’ actions, which doesn't help them learn and it gets them stuck.
3. Focus on the things you can control.
4. Regular checkpoints to help us measure our efforts, learn from them and identify our next steps or if we need to pivot.
