About Me

As a certified leadership coach with many years of experience, I specialize in helping new and aspiring leaders (0-5 years of leadership experience) build confidence, clarity, and practical skills to thrive in their roles. My approach focuses on aligning personal values with actionable strategies to empower leaders to create meaningful results for their teams and organizations.

My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that leadership begins with self-awareness and intentional growth. I emphasize accountability and reflection, creating an environment where you can learn, grow, and lead with purpose.

I hold a coaching certification from the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and have served in various leadership development roles, including my current position as Director of Leadership Development at our local congregation. Additionally, I am the author of Rooted & Aware, a devotional for young adults, and a contributing author of Lead Yourself Well: Six Characteristics and Competencies Every Successful Leader Needs.
