About Me

Hello and thank you for considering me as your Life Guide. I would like to share with you a little bit about my approach and way of working. While my services may be similar to those of some Life Coaches, I have chosen to use the phrase Life Guide, as I feel this better reflects the collaborative nature of my approach. I strive to live and work from a place of Multiple Truth, acknowledging and honoring the unique, yet interwoven experience of each person. As each of us learns to find our way in the world, from our earliest days onward, our understanding of ourselves and the world around us is shaped by impactful people and experiences. Being a part of the soil in which we grow, much of this influence remains unconscious. We are unwittingly influenced by our unconscious, by feelings and beliefs that lie outside of our unawareness. Our work together will be a collaborative journey of uncovering, opening space for, and cultivating awareness and understanding of influences at the root of both strengths and suffering as a means of working through, finding healing, and cultivating mindfulness, healing, and growth.
I work via telehealth, as this allows me to reach a broader array of individuals, while also reducing my carbon footprint by eliminating the need for driving.
