About Me
I believe that success happens when I help my clients find a better way to navigate limiting beliefs, and rise to their full potential. I do this by starting with 'why' - we uncover the blind-spots that impact success, challenging the status quo and helping them see new options. With small shifts, change happens. Ultimately, I bring a trusting partnership where clients are able to maximize their results consistently.
I came to coaching differently than most, gaining my first critical leadership experience in an athletic training room. The insights gained - learning what motivated each individual athlete and how to help them achieve their best - set a foundation for my leadership roles and my coaching and advisory practice today.
As a former Fortune 25+ executive known for "being willing to challenge the status quo” and “bringing creative solutions that work to persistent problems”, I have devoted the rest of my career to creating a world where leaders wake up every day inspired to help their people grow and succeed. Together, we are promoting the best example of leadership: the kind that gets real results. This leads to a lovely integration of work and life relationships in a better way.
Trained and well-practiced in designing and implementing transformational organization changes - integrative psychology, emotional intelligence, professional coaching, and transformation strategy fostered my success. I’ve grown deep appreciation of the people who work each day to keep things moving for the billions of people in the world. During my own career I recognized the patterns in how extraordinary leaders led–and how those struggling to effectively 'lead' led. The difference to the people, and the results, is profound! This fueled a desire to start my company - Center Gravity.
