Sumita offered concrete solutions even for no background in much psychological issues. She tried her best to provide as much as possible, even if she couldn't do official sessions. I couldn't take things for free, so I was unable to start officially. But, she was an excellent coach- a good listener, someone who didn't just validate the issues, but also explained things well... Whoever is fortunate to have her for a coach, please make full use of her services- you will benefit...

I had a great experience working with Sumita and will definitely turn to her again whenever I need support. I have been struggling with ADHD(PI) as well as bad depression. An accountability coach helps people with ADHD so I contacted Sumita. Even though the kind of support I needed was a bit different and involved holding me accountable with my works, Sumita kept an open mind and tailored her approaches to fit my needs. Besides coaching, she was always available whenever I was stuck or overwhelmed with work and had a breakdown, and motivated me to keep striving. She also provided me with useful insights and helped me overcome the mental blockage I was in. I would recommend anyone who is stuck, to try coaching. I have been to many therapists, but Sumita as a coach has been a true blessing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help.
