After earning her undergraduate degree in Industrial Design and Behavioral science, Sogol pursued a Master of Applied Arts degree in Human-Centered Design, focusing her dissertation on the intricate dynamics between human behavior, psychological responses, and technological interfaces in high-stress situations. Her award-winning EHR solution opened a door to a thriving career in the health tech industry. Sogol has since made significant contributions across diverse sectors including wellness, transportation, and finance.
Motivated by her strong desire to have a positive impact in mental health for the next generation, she made the courageous decision to leave corporate America and pursue her aspirations in a different direction. Transitioning into the realm of holistic wellness, she became a certified wellness coach and trauma-informed coach. Presently, she is on a path of personal and professional growth, aspiring to become a Somatic Therapist. By launching Kangaroo Parents, Sogol has dedicated her practice to breaking the generational trauma cycle by providing targeted guidance and setting result-driven goals for parents.
