Hammad is a great coach for a number of reasons but most importantly because he genuinely happy to be there working with you. His passion for what he does is so apparent that one feels energised by his sheer enthusiasm alone. Hammad's focus is on what YOUR goals are - as an individual or an organisation - and then working backward from where you are currently. He doesn't believe in shortcuts so you'll never find him giving you quick fixes but concrete workable steps that work for your capacity and pace. Coaching with Hammad isn't just him speaking and you listening but a constant dialogue. His strength is leading interactive sessions where you drive the session and he acts as guide. He exudes positivity and is genuinely invested in the growth of the people and organisations he works with.
