About Me

I have been giving myself permission to follow my wild impulses for the last five years, and it has helped me create a life that I love! I am training to run my first marathon. I travel solo around the world. I love theater and have created a production that performed in Maryland, Washington DC, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I've also pursued my passion for fitness and achieved Russian Kettlebell Certification. I live my life passionately by feeling the fear and do the damn thing anyway!

I was adopted as a baby, and as an adult I was surprised how deeply that has impacted my relationships. I have spent the last several years healing old patterns so I can have a strong relationship with my family (adopted and biological) as well as an amazing loving romantic partnership. Through this work, I have developed systems for healing old wounds so you can find love, passion, and a satisfying life.

As a coach, I want you to have permission to live a life you love. Not just a life you like or tolerate. A life you LOVE.
