About Me
After 20 + years as a consultant, mother of 3, I'm transitioning to coaching.
A good friend of mine went into teaching wanting to become the person he needed when he was growing up. I loved that! We all go through stages in our lives where we feel stuck and would like to change something, but are so deeply involved that it becomes difficult to take the necessary distance to look at the situation in a helpful way.
Through coaching there is the possibility to access deeper levels of insight in the reasons why progress that is wanted and needed is not achieved.
My starting point is helping you prepare for a difficult conversation that you have been avoiding, through roleplay. This conversation could be in the private or professional sphere or even an inner conversation that keeps showing up in your head.
During role-play you try out how you would approach the dreaded conversation in a judgment-free environment, where you are allowed to make mistakes and learn from them. You will experience both sides of the conversation as we will switch roles during the session, allowing you to better understand the dynamics that are occurring. This type of exercise builds muscle memory, so that when you have the real conversation, you will be more relaxed and confident.
After the roleplay, either you have found sufficient anchor-points and clarity on your inner blockages and potential new ways to approach challenging situations to continue by yourself or we will continue to work together.
The latter would involve digging deeper into who you are, your dreams, expectations, strengths, challenges... A good source of information if you are unclear about these topics is going back to the moments in your childhood when you felt in a relaxed, natural flow state. Not only insightful but a proven way to quickly get you back in touch with what is essential for you.

Sandrine is incredibly present in the moment, hearing every word and every inflection and brave to hold the silence or the feeling until words can come out again. I have rarely found so much genuine compassion and respect in a coach. It just feels natural coming from her. Respect and humility without obliging and without heaviness. Sandrine creates a space where she gently helps you look at yourself with the same compassion and respect she holds for you, and thats the magic - you catch up with yourself and you become able to shift into constructive and creative energy, where ideas just start flowing and it is joyful and light. You can tell that coaching is something Sandrine has internalized and made a part of herself, not only a job or a collection of learnings and strategies. My experience with Sandrine has enriched my understanding of coaching and has helped me start on new paths of research and training that I didnt even realized I was passionate about or good at. I feel I have indeed started to move again. Thank you Sandrine for helping me see better.
