When I stopped chasing the shiny objects that society dangled in front of me and threw away the life map of “should do” I found my place in the world.

I love connecting and having powerful conversations with women to help them release limiting beliefs, so they can experience inner freedom and live an inspired life.

I believe in the beauty and individuality of you and your desires. I am passionate about guiding you on your path of self-acceptance to gain confidence, realize your purpose, happiness and joy.

I promise to hold your hand when needed, but will also interrupt an old story that is keeping you stuck. I believe in a balance of tough love and support.
