"Mr. Kaufman was great! He helped my fiancee and I out with some premarital coaching. He was highly insightful, calming, and (unlike a lot of therapists) actually listened and asked whether or not we agreed with his observations. He didn't just assume he knew everything, which is rare these days. We both highly recommend Mr. Kaufman and should we ever need someone to talk to, we'd gladly contact him again."

After 15 years with the same company I’d hit a classic case of career burnout. I felt completely stuck. The great thing about Ronnie is that he has a combination of two essential skills that you will need in a good coach. First, he is a great listener and truly wants to understand your situation and help you to uncover those things that truly motivate you and bring you fulfillment. Second, he is not afraid to challenge you to take the necessary steps needed to move forward. What I liked about Ron's approach was his desire to explore new ground and be open to all possibilities ... as well as his sense of humor and positive outlook on the world. Ronnie is a GREAT coach who really listens deeply to what is said, how it is said, and what is not said. Ronnie will call you out in a caring way if he senses that you are not seeing yourself or a situation clearly. He is very supportive and has a soothing tone during coaching sessions. He is very easy to talk to and provides his insight on topics as he finds relevant and as the client grants permission. I would love to work with Ronnie in the future as he greatly benefited me through our time together.
