About Me

I am an established, experienced and successful Business Coach, Therapeutic Coach, Psychotherapist and Emotional Therapist with over 13 years and more than 900 hours of training, I formalised my coaching role with ICF accreditation, currently at ACC level. I have coached a wide spectrum of issues, specialising in emotional and life challenges,
as well as many business/career related. Specifically, I help you deal with relationships, goal setting, choices, life changes, career, shame, anger, and grief. I also coach for public speaking, self-esteem and communication.
As a Business and Career Coach, I have worked with clients from many well known corporations, media giants and professional bodies and international institutions. I also work with entrepreneurs and partnerships. With an amazing 30 years career in business at CEO or Director level, having built two market-leading companies and brands from scratch to selling them, I have seen a great deal.
