Thank you, Rajiv, for helping me by giving me a different perspective to grow in my career. Seven months ago, when I approached you, I was feeling stuck and struggling in my corporate life. There is nowhere to go when you dont get along well with your senior management, and there is a fear of losing your job. I remember our first discussion vividly, where you mentioned Mindset and Actions. Your 6 months of coaching and mentoring have helped me cultivate a growth mindset, build a leadership vocabulary, expand my circle of influence, and do many more things. It was sheer hard work under your guidance. Last week I got a job offer as Director Technology and my current company is also requesting me to stay back. I cant thank you enough. Everything seems to have changed outside around me, but I know the real change has happened inside me. God bless you, Rajiv, for this transformation in me.

My coaching experience was outstanding! I discovered the following using the MARK Model: The mind is the driving force behind how we think and behave. It begins with how we perceive ourselves (MINDSET), then moves on to the steps we must take to achieve those thoughts or ideas (ACTION), how consistent we are in carrying out those activities (HABITS/REPETITION), and lastly, what we become when we build those habits (KNOWLEDGE). We can get the best out of life when we apply this model!
