About Me
As a former Executive Director, I understand the pressures of leading when you feel caught between your passion for your mission and the exhaustion of your day to day. I know what it's like to have everyone looking to you for answers and to feel that you can never be enough. As your coach, I will help you move forward with a sense of balance and humor AND without working so many long hours.

Using my own experience as an executive combined with coaching methods based in neuroscience and positive psychology, I will help you develop new perspectives, skills and insights to grow the solutions you need – not only for the troubles you face right now, but for those yet to come.
