About Me

Now, here is where coaching comes in. This time, you do not have to look for answers all on your own.

Coaching is a process that leverages evidence-based models to drive behavioral change and results. In 6 to 12 weeks, we will address the major reasons why you may feel stuck. These include limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, unproductive behavior, and skillset gaps. On the other hand, we will focus on building a strong foundation of values, mindfulness, self-love, energy, state management, habits, and routines that will nourish you now and in the future.

For more than a decade, I have been consistently involved in learning and development initiatives. As a volunteer, I delivered training programs for students in Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, and Italy. In 2014, I moved to Malaysia where I dedicated five years to working for a training and consultancy company. Currently, I run a remote coaching practice and partner with people from all over the globe.
